Under EU consumer law, customers are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

As our products are personalised and made to order, the 14-day cooling-off period and right of withdrawal do not apply, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
